This coaching session will provide you with an overview of what we mean by Business Analytics, how we can and should use it in decision making, and what different types of analytical approaches are suited for specific kinds of business questions. All without math!

This package provides an overview of different business analytics applications, tailored to your individual situation and business need. It gives you an opportunity to take your learning back to the job, try it out, and then discuss experiences and get feedback.

This comprehensive package offers you ongoing support as you are working to transform how you perform your job by integrating business analytics on a daily basis. You will have a feedback loop with me that lasts through some initial milestones and one-on-one reviews of your progress.

These sessions are intended for a once-weekly cadence, but can be adjusted based on your individual needs. You will also have access to me via e-mail for the duration of the 10-week period.  

By the end of these sessions you will have a deeper understanding of and comfort level with using business analytics in your role, without having to learn statistics or advanced analytical techniques.
